Dear Team and Family,

It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of Taivona Pattawi, BCPS School Leader.  Ms. Pattawi was the mother to three beautiful daughters, a loving wife, sister, and daughter.  For 8 years, Mrs. Pattawi devoted her talent and energy to being a champion, advocate, and guiding light for our littlest KIPPsters, first as a teacher, then an Assistant Principal, and most recently School Leader.  She had a generous heart and demonstrated a tremendous amount of love for her students and peers by constantly striving to learn and grow as an educator.  Though she is no longer with us, Mrs. Pattawi’s impact and legacy will live on at BCPS and KIPP Delta.

The entire KIPP Delta Team extends our heartfelt sympathies to Mrs. Pattawi’s family and friends.
