Enrichment Activities

Students at KBC take part in a variety of enrichment activities. Students can join culinary club and cook delicious meals or participate in student government and give their peers a voice in school decision-making. Students also participate in service work, with a requirement of completing 60 hours before graduating. Students especially enjoy volunteering at assisted living centers and community gardens.

KBC students have the opportunity to participate in basketball, cheerleading, club football, club baseball, and step/dance.

Field Lessons

Students at KBC continue to visit college campuses, as they did throughout middle school. Ninth grade students at KBC attend a week-long program at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where they get an opportunity to experience the life of a college student. Students have classes with professors, stay in dorms, and participate in recreational activities sponsored by the university.
